At Skylens Surveys, we are a CAA-registered and fully insured drone operator with over 10 years of experience in drone surveys, specifically for estate and block management companies, as well as commercial and residential properties. We specialize in conducting building and roof surveys using advanced drones. With over 15 years of experience as a builder and property maintenance contractor for the same companies, I bring a total of 25 years of building and maintenance expertise to the table. Our team boasts a combined experience of over 60 years, allowing us to deliver more than just stunning drone images: we provide clear, actionable inspection reports supported by in-depth construction knowledge. Our clients range from residential estate and block management companies to private homeowners across the region, extending from Norfolk down to Southampton and up to Milton Keynes. Our comprehensive drone services include:
- Drone roof surveys with detailed PDF reports
- Aerial property inspections for estate and block managers
- Roofing, guttering, and general maintenance services
- Building repair works following inspections
- Aerial photography and video for property marketing
- Residential and commercial building maintenance
We utilize the Matrice 300 equipped with a thermal camera and hold A2 CofC and GVC licenses. All drone flights are conducted via Coverdrone and comply with CAA requirements (Operator ID + Flyer ID).
